Our body and paint repair facilities back all collision repairs with a written lifetime warranty. Any defects in workmanship will be corrected free of charge unless caused by unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle. To obtain service under this warranty, return the vehicle with your original repair receipt to Ted Britt Truck Shop.
Parts & Labor Warranty
All mechanical repairs performed at Ted Britt Truck Shop include warranty coverage on both parts and labor:
- Motorcraft® OEM Parts: Covered by Ford's nationwide parts warranty—12 months or 12,000 miles on most components
- Aftermarket Parts: Backed by manufacturer warranty terms, typically 12-24 months depending on component
- Labor Warranty: Our workmanship is guaranteed for the duration of the parts warranty period
- Extended Warranty Service: We honor all major extended warranty providers and ESP contracts
